New ARC GNU Toolchain for ARC-V Processors Available

The GNU Toolchain for Synopsys ARC Processors, arc-2023.12-release is now available for download. This release introduces support for ARC-V RMX and RHX processor families based on the RISC-V instruction set architecture.

- Binutils pre-2.41 with ARC patches
- GCC 13.2 with ARC patches
- GDB 12.1 with ARC patches
- newlib 4.3.0 with ARC patches
