The GNU Toolchain for Synopsys ARC Processors, 2025.09 is now available for download. Support is provided for ARC 600, ARC 700, EM, HS3x, HS4x, HS5x, HS6x and ARC-V RMX, RHX and RPX processors. This release adds initial support for RPX-100 targets, ARC-V DSP extensions, and now supports both Newlib and Picolibc standard libraries.

- GCC 15.2 with ARC patches

- uClibc-ng v1.0.51 with ARC patches
- glibc 2.40 with ARC patches
